Frequently Asked Questions
Is the X-Jet Xtreme suitable for beginners?
Yes. Power Level 1 (25%) is intentionally tuned for first-time riders. As you progress, levels 2–4 unlock the full performance.
Can it be used in salt water?
Yes — the X-Jet Xtreme is fully sealed for salt-water use. Rinse the board and jet intake with fresh water after each session.
How realistic is the 45 km range?
At Power Level 1–2 with calm water and an average rider, the upper range is achievable. Riding hard at Level 4 will reduce range significantly — expect around 25 km.
What happens if I fall?
The magnetic kill-switch tether attaches to you and the throttle. If you separate from the board, the motor cuts immediately.
How do I store the battery between sessions?
Store the 3,670 Wh LithiumVault™ battery at 50–70% charge in a cool, dry place. Avoid full discharge or full charge during long storage.
