Shipping and Delivery Conditions of Wave-Lovers

1. Role of Wave-Lovers

Wave-Lovers operates an online marketplace and serves as the central platform for ordering, payment, and customer communication. The purchase agreement is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective manufacturer or dealer (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). Wave-Lovers is not the seller of the offered products.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is carried out directly by the respective Seller to the delivery address provided by the customer (Direct Shipping/Dropshipping). Wave-Lovers accompanies the entire ordering process and is your central point of contact for all questions regarding order and delivery.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are determined by the respective Seller and are specified in the product information.

Typical delivery times:

  • Germany: approx. 1–3 business days (after dispatch)
  • Europe: approx. 3–10 business days
  • International deliveries: depending on the destination country

Please note:

  • The delivery period begins after receipt of payment and order confirmation.
  • These are non-binding, estimated values.
  • Delays due to external circumstances (e.g., logistics, customs, force majeure) are possible. Wave-Lovers will proactively inform you about the status of your order.

4. Shipping Service Providers

Shipping is carried out via suitable parcel services or freight forwarders (e.g., Dachser, DHL, UPS, or comparable providers). Depending on the product, delivery may be:

  • Via parcel service (standard shipping)
  • Via freight forwarding (for bulky goods, usually “curbside delivery”)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order and shown in the shopping cart before the order is completed. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

6. Reservation of Correction (Shipping Costs)

Should shipping costs change drastically between order and delivery due to extraordinary events (e.g., geopolitical crises, extreme transport cost increases), Wave-Lovers reserves the right to correct the costs. In such a case, we will contact you immediately to discuss the further procedure. If no agreement is reached, both parties have the right to withdraw from the contract.

7. Transport Damage

Please check the delivery for completeness and damage upon receipt.

  • Visible damage: Must be noted immediately on the delivery receipt of the carrier.
  • Hidden damage: Must be reported to Wave-Lovers within 24 hours of delivery. Wave-Lovers coordinates the claims process with the Seller and the logistics partner for you.

8. Availability and Delays

Should a product unexpectedly not be available, the customer will be informed within 24 hours (on business days). In this case, we will work together to find a suitable solution (e.g., alternative product or adjusted delivery time). If no agreement is reached, the amount already paid will be refunded immediately and in full.

9. Transfer of Risk

For consumers: The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration of the goods only passes to the customer upon handover of the goods.

10. Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Address changes are only possible as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched.

11. Delivery Restrictions

Available delivery countries are displayed during the ordering process. Deliveries may be restricted in individual cases, particularly due to:

  • Legal requirements
  • Dangerous goods regulations
  • Logistical constraints

12. Support and Contact

Wave-Lovers is your central point of contact for all questions regarding your order. Wave-Lovers supports you and coordinates communication with the respective Seller for concerns such as:

  • Delivery status / Delays / Transport damage

Furthermore, Wave-Lovers remains at your side after the purchase, particularly for spare parts orders, service requests, and repairs. The legal responsibility for delivery, warranty, and contract fulfillment remains with the respective Seller.
