Red Shark Bikes SUP Paddle Kit — Overview
The Red Shark Bikes SUP Paddle Kit turns any Red Shark Bike Surf or Scooter Surf board into a full stand-up paddle board (SUP). An adjustable paddle, a coil leash and four hole inserts let you convert the board for solo SUP sessions in minutes. The board is NOT included — this kit upgrades the board you already own.
The SUP Paddle Kit fits into the Red Shark 6-in-1 modular concept: one board, many use cases. Explore the full Red Shark Bikes collection for other kits.
Solo Stand-Up Paddle Conversion
A single-blade adjustable SUP paddle replaces the pedal or electric drive — perfect for relaxed solo paddling, fitness sessions or cross-training between bike rides.
Adjustable Paddle (length)
The paddle adjusts to rider height, so the same kit fits riders of different sizes. Comfortable grip, sturdy shaft.
4 Deck Hole Inserts
Four inserts seal the deck holes used by the bike / scooter frame so the board behaves like a regular flat SUP — watertight, smooth surface, no snag points.
Safety Leash (175–215 cm)
An adjustable safety leash keeps the board within reach if you fall off — essential for open-water SUP sessions.

- Yacht and boat owners who want a packable SUP option alongside their bike / scooter setup

FAQ — Compatibility, Setup & Solo Paddling
Is the Bike Surf board included with the SUP Paddle Kit?
No. The SUP Paddle Kit is an upgrade kit — you reuse the inflatable board from your existing Bike Surf or Scooter Surf set. If you don’t own a Red Shark board yet, buy one of the complete sets first.
Which Red Shark boards is the SUP Paddle Kit compatible with?
All Bike Surf variants (Enjoy, Fitness, Adventure) and the Scooter Surf.
How long does conversion take?
A few minutes per session. Remove the bike / scooter drive, plug the 4 deck inserts into the mounting holes, attach the leash, and the board is ready for solo SUP use.
Is the paddle adjustable?
Yes — the paddle adjusts to rider height, so the same kit fits riders of different sizes.
How long is the safety leash?
The coil leash adjusts in the range of approximately 175–215 cm — long enough for safe open-water sessions while keeping the board within reach.
Can I use the SUP Paddle Kit in salt water?
Yes. All components are saltwater-rated. Rinse with fresh water after each session and let everything dry before storage.
Is the board stable enough for SUP?
Yes — the wide inflatable drop-stitch board is significantly more stable than a typical narrow SUP, which makes it very beginner-friendly.
How do I transport and store the SUP Paddle Kit?
The paddle telescopes down and travels in the same transport bag as the rest of your Red Shark board. The leash and deck inserts add almost no volume.
Can I use the SUP Paddle Kit with another rider on the board?
The SUP Paddle Kit is designed for solo standing use. For two riders, switch to the Kayak Kit (2 seated paddlers) or the Tandem Kit.
Is the SUP Paddle Kit suitable for beginners?
Yes — the wide drop-stitch board is one of the easiest SUP platforms to balance on, and the adjustable paddle plus safety leash make the learning curve short.
Can I switch back to bike or scooter mode after using the SUP?
Yes — simply remove the inserts and reattach the bike or scooter drive. The conversion is fully reversible and can be done between sessions.
