SeaNXT Elite Battery — Overview

The SeaNXT Elite Battery is the original 48 V / 24 Ah lithium-ion power pack used in the SeaNXT Elite underwater scooter — supplied direct from the manufacturer and identical to the factory-fitted battery. Use it as a spare pack for longer dive days or as a replacement for a worn battery.

Important: battery replacement on the SeaNXT Elite is not intended for end-customer DIY. It requires opening the carbon hull and reconnecting the dual 2.2 kW motor power loom. Always use a qualified SeaNXT technician — contact us for service options.

The original 1152 Wh pack feeds the dual 2.2 kW motors and the 5.5″ LCD HD dashboard with GPS navigation — the powertrain that lets the Elite reach 21 km/h in Shark mode.

Runtime 30–80 min

Real-world per-charge runtime varies between 30 minutes in Shark mode and up to ~80 minutes when mixing Sport / Cruise / Eco gears. (Full 120 minutes in pure Eco mode is achievable with the same pack.)

Charge in 96 min

With the variable Elite Charger set to fast mode, the pack charges from empty in approximately 96 minutes — fast enough for back-to-back dive sessions.

Can I install the battery myself?

Store at 40–60 % charge in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing at 0 % or 100 % long-term to maximise cell life. Always store in a fireproof transport box.

Can I fly with this battery?

A 1152 Wh lithium-ion pack is restricted on most commercial passenger flights. Check the airline rules and IATA dangerous-goods regulations before travelling — yacht and resort transport is usually unrestricted.

Does this battery come with a charger?

No — the variable Elite charger is sold separately or shipped with the complete Elite scooter package.

Is the battery rated for salt-water use?

The pack is sealed for in-hull salt-water use inside the Elite. Rinse the scooter and contact points with fresh water after each salt-water dive and dry everything before storage.
