Intermediary & Data Transfer (Dropshipping):
Wave Lovers acts as an intermediary (brokerage service). To fulfill the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), your personal data (name, address, telephone number, and order details) will be forwarded to the respective manufacturer or distributor (Seller) for direct shipping and billing.

Multi-AI Infrastructure:
To ensure 24/7 support and automated content generation, we use a proprietary hub structure, which connects various external AI models:

• External Providers: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and xAI (Grok).
• Data Transfer to Third Countries: These providers process data on servers in the USA. We have concluded Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure a level of data protection that complies with the GDPR.
• AI-Generated Content: Images and videos on this site may be generated by AI. User interaction data may be processed to render this content.

4. DATA COLLECTION TOOLS & PLUGINS

Borlabs Cookie Management:
We use the Borlabs Cookie consent tool. You can manage your settings here:

Google Analytics & Tag Manager:
This website uses Google Analytics. The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We use IP anonymization so that your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before being transmitted to the USA.
