Wave Lovers operates an online marketplace and acts exclusively as an intermediary (brokerage) between customers and the respective manufacturers/dealers. The purchase agreement is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective Seller. Wave Lovers is at no time the seller of the products offered.

Alternative Dispute Resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
