Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

• Delivery is made domestically (Germany), within the EU and worldwide.
• Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Due to the highly fluctuating dimensions and shipping weights of our goods, we determine our shipping costs on a product-specific basis. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart.

For the shipment of bulky goods (shipping) within Germany, we charge exemplary as follows:

- Size S: From 29 - 49 €* (e.g. Bluetooth controller, waydoo e-foil balancer wing; depending on size and delivery method)

- Size M: From 69 - 79 €* (e.g. E-foil drive unit, batteries, Seabob or iAQUA dive-scooter; depending on size and delivery method)

- Size L: From 99 - 149 €* (e.g. E-surfboards and e-foils; depending on size and delivery method)

Deliveries abroad (EU):

Due to the highly fluctuating dimensions and shipping weights of our goods, we determine our shipping costs on a product-specific basis. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart.

For the shipment of bulky goods (shipping) abroad, we charge exemplary as follows:

- Size S: From 49 - 89 €* (e.g. Bluetooth controller, waydoo e-foil balancer wing; depending on size and delivery method)

- Size M: From 119 - 159 €* (e.g. E-foil drive unit, batteries, Seabob or iAQUA dive-scooter; depending on size and delivery method)

- Size L: From 199 - 299 €* (e.g. E-surfboards and e-foils; depending on size and delivery method)

Deliveries abroad (outside EU):

Due to the highly fluctuating dimensions and shipping weights of our goods, we determine our shipping costs on a product-specific basis. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart.

For the shipment of bulky goods (shipping) abroad, we charge exemplary as follows:

- Size S: From 99 - 199 €* (e.g. Bluetooth controller, waydoo e-foil balancer wing; depending on size and delivery method)

- Size M: From 399 - 699 €* (e.g. E-foil drive unit, batteries, Seabob or iAQUA dive-scooter; depending on size and delivery method)

- Size L: From 499 - 1.499 €* (e.g. E-surfboards and e-foils; depending on size and delivery method)

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2-7 days.

For foreign deliveries within 4 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment this is the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is 50€.
