The Waydoo Flyer Evo – Max Plus is the most stable and forgiving model in the Flyer EVO range. Its large 130 L EPP board delivers extra buoyancy and rock-solid stability – ideal for beginners, heavier riders and families sharing one board. Combined with the smart Flight Assistance System and a strong 6000 W drive, it makes getting up and flying remarkably easy, while leaving plenty of headroom to progress.

130 L High-Stability Board
The large 130 L EPP board provides exceptional buoyancy and a planted, confidence-inspiring feel. It is the easiest board in the range to learn on and comfortably supports heavier riders – perfect for the whole family.
Smart Flight Assistance (Sensors + GPS)
An embedded sensor array, GPS and Waydoo’s Flight Assistance software smooth throttle input and help hold your set ride height for easier, safer riding. Includes geofencing (limit the riding area on a map), wipeout protection and ride tracking via the Waydoo App.
6000 W Performance Power
The Performance propulsion unit delivers smooth, strong acceleration and a top speed of around 45 km/h – effortless take-off with plenty in reserve.
LED Mast & Bluetooth Remote
The aluminum mast carries multicolor LED lights controllable from the remote. The upgraded EVO Bluetooth remote offers a day/night display, fast pairing, secure wrist strap and magnetic key.
Wings & Foil Setup
Your front wing defines the character of the ride. The Max Plus comes standard with the Gliding C1500 carbon wing and you can select a different front wing at no extra cost:
- Gliding C1500 (carbon, standard): high-aspect 1500 cm² wing – efficient and stable with easy lift-off; the versatile all-rounder, great for learning on the big board.
- Gliding G1500 (glassfiber): same large 1500 cm² profile with a softer, damped feel – forgiving and durable for relaxed cruising.
- Voyager C1100 (carbon): smaller 1100 cm² wing – less drag, more agility and sharper, faster turns for advancing riders.
- Voyager C1500 (carbon): 1500 cm² carbon wing with a stiff, direct response and plenty of lift.
Front & tail combination: the Max Plus includes the stable Gliding Tail 320, which keeps pitch calm and predictable – ideal for flat-water freeride and learning. A larger front wing (1500) on the 130 L board gives maximum stability; a smaller front wing (1100) makes the setup livelier. A carbon Surfing Tail 322 (accessory) adds a more playful, surf-style feel.

Why choose the 130 L board over the 90 L Pro Plus?
The 130 L Max Plus offers more buoyancy and stability – easier starts, more forgiving balance and better support for heavier riders. The 90 L Pro Plus is more compact and agile for confident riders who prioritise responsiveness.
How fast is the Max Plus?
Top speed is around 45 km/h (28 mph) – brisk and smooth, with very easy take-off thanks to the large board and 6000 W power.
What do the sensors and Flight Assist do?
Sensors plus GPS feed Waydoo’s Flight Assistance software, which smooths throttle response and helps hold your ride height for easier, safer riding. It also enables geofencing, wipeout protection and ride tracking in the Waydoo App.
How long does the battery last?
The standard 1800 Wh battery gives up to about 120 minutes; the optional 2300 Wh pack extends this further, depending on rider weight, speed and conditions.
Which front wing should I choose?
The standard Gliding C1500 is an efficient all-rounder that suits the stable Max Plus well. Choose a 1500 wing for maximum lift and stability, or the Voyager C1100 for more agility and sharper turns. Carbon wings feel stiffer and more responsive; the glassfiber G1500 is softer and more forgiving.
Does changing the front wing cost extra?
No. On the Max Plus you can select any of the available front wings at no additional charge – the standard is the Gliding C1500.
What is the difference between the standard and Inverter charger?
The included Powerflight charger covers everyday charging. The optional Inverter Charger adds faster charging and reverse-charging, so the battery can power other devices.
27″ or 35″ mast – which is better?
The 27″ mast is more forgiving in chop and shallower water; the 35″ mast suits deeper, cleaner water and more dynamic carving. Both feature multicolor LED lighting.
Is it easy to transport?
The modular design lets you carry and assemble it in parts. The optional Mover wheel set makes moving the larger 130 L board on land effortless.
