Protect your Aerofoils Audi e-tron eFoil battery between sessions and on the road. The Zarges K470 storage and transport kit combines a robust aluminium case with a fire-resistant Cirrux® fibreglass cushion — shock-absorbing, liquid-absorbing and electrically non-conductive.

The kit is lockable, stackable and built to last. Suitable for storing the Light Battery or the Endurance Battery, and ideal whenever you transport batteries by car, boat or in the workshop.

Lockable, Stackable Aluminium Case

The Zarges K470 case is a 29 L aluminium transport case with padlock-compatible latches, stackable cast-aluminium corners and a foam-sealed lid with rubber gasket — the workshop-grade standard for safe equipment transport.

Fire-Resistant Cirrux® Cushion

The Cirrux® Packaging Cushion M is a fire-resistant, electrically non-conductive fibreglass insert that cushions the battery, absorbs liquids in case of leakage and significantly reduces risk in the event of thermal runaway.

Lithium-ion batteries can in rare cases reach thermal runaway. The Cirrux® cushion is fire-resistant, electrically non-conductive and liquid-absorbing — it significantly reduces risk during storage and transport.

Is the K470 case lockable?

Yes. The latches are padlock-compatible so you can secure the case during transport or storage.

Can I stack multiple K470 cases?

Yes. The cast aluminium corners are designed for safe stacking — useful when storing several batteries or when travelling with multiple boards.

Is the K470 case waterproof?

The lid features a foam seal with a rubber gasket and is splash-proof. It is not designed to be fully submerged.

What temperature range does the K470 withstand?

Is the K470 case air-travel approved?

The case itself meets ATA-300 transport standards, but lithium-ion batteries above certain Wh ratings cannot be flown commercially. Always check airline policy in advance.
